Once your order's paid, we'll have it packed and on its way within two business days. You'll receive an email when it leaves us. If we're out of stock, we'll be in touch with an update.

NEW ZEALAND

• Spend $79.95+ = FREE shipping
• Under $79.95 = $10 flat rate

Most North Island (non-rural) orders arrive next business day. South Island usually takes 2 days. Rural deliveries depend on your local schedule, so we can't promise exact timing.

AUSTRALIA
Aussie Mate's Rate: $20 flat

INTERNATIONAL
Flat rate: $30

Heads up: Your country may charge import duties or customs fees. That's out of our hands, unfortunately.

USA, CANADA & EU
We've temporarily paused shipping to the United States, Canada, and the European Union while we sort out new customs duty requirements. We're working on it and hope to have an update soon — sorry for the hassle!

TRACKING YOUR ORDER OVERSEAS
Once your parcel leaves NZ, your local postal service takes over the tracking. International orders are tracked where possible. If you need updates or need to arrange pickup/redelivery, contact them directly — we can't see what happens once it hits your country.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS

• Something broken? Let us know within 2 working days with your order number
• No show? Contact us after 2 weeks (NZ/AU) or 4 weeks (international)
• Quote your order number in all emails
