SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY
Once your payment clears, we'll process and dispatch your order within two business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order hits the road. If something's out of stock, we'll let you know when it's back.
NEW ZEALAND
Delivery rates based on total spend:
• Orders $79.95 and over = FREE
• Orders under $79.95 = $10
Need it fast? North Island non-rural deliveries usually arrive next business day. South Island is typically 2 business days. Rural delivery times vary by location—we can't guarantee specific schedules.
AUSTRALIA
Flat rate: $20
All international orders are tracked where possible. Check NZ Post's International Air Satchel Tracked service zones here: Service by Zone
REST OF WORLD
Flat rate: $30
Important: Some countries charge import duties or customs fees. These are your responsibility as the importer.
EU & UK CUSTOMERS
You're responsible for any VAT, customs duty, and handling fees charged when your parcel enters your country. Your local postal service will contact you for payment—parcels are typically held for about 3 weeks before return if unpaid.
USA
We are not currently shipping to the United States.
TRACKING YOUR INTERNATIONAL ORDER
Once your parcel leaves New Zealand, tracking updates come from your local postal service, not us. Contact your country's postal provider for the latest delivery status or if you need to arrange redelivery/pickup from a depot.
DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS
• Damaged in transit? Email us within 2 working days with photos and your order number
• Haven't received your order? Get in touch after 2 weeks (NZ/AU) or 4 weeks (international)
• Always include your order number in correspondence
Proof of delivery from our courier is considered sufficient evidence of receipt.
